We did it! Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!
I am sitting here.......in my chair.......with my laptop......talking to you on the blogstream.....................
So what, you're saying..............................(don't tell me you aren't saying that.....I know you are!)
Well, the news is................I'M AT THE LAKE!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
No more sitting on the side of the road, covertly trying to log into some unsuspecting person's unsecure wireless zone...........................
POH is not a pirate ANYMORE!
Well, of course, if I was as purty as Keira Knightley and got the chance to work with Johnny Depp, I wouldn't mind being a pirate............or piratess..............whatever...............but since I'm not, I feel much better not going into unchartered waters.
Just so you know, we did go with Wild Blue. We don't have a lot of options out here at the lake. It was this or dial up. The speed isn't supposed to be as fast as roadrunner, which is what we had at home, but it seems like it is.
Let's face it, sitting in front of my fireplace, with my lake out the front window, sitting in the most comfortable chair I've ever owned beats sitting in my car under the cover of night feeling like a blogging addict looking for her next fix (no comment, Sherry!)
Okay, well, for those of you who care, I have a new e-mail address. It is connie2007@wildblue.net. My other one will work for a few more days, but this one is the one you will want to start using since our roadrunner account will be dissolved.
Needless to say, Little POH is a happy camper now.
