poh~ Thank you so much for the wonderful post! It isn't often people take the time to notice or care about what's going on under everyone's noses; and to see a "white" woman care so much about the plight of the modern-day Native American gives my Spirit (some) Hope that it (may) all turn around some day... Bless you, my Friend!

What a great job you did with writing the post about the Native Americans, and how they are still being mistreated today but you never here about the way they are treated and have been treated since the first white people stepped onto American soil. The minute I started to read your post I thought this is so cool, Prisonerofhope is posting about something that I almost posted about this morning but decided to do a post about Sequoyah instead, So I am leaving you with that song. Its from the same album Bittertears by Johnny Cash. The name of this song is "As Long As The Grass Shall Grow"
I am also moved by his posting and I am looking into more information on the subject. I did leave extensive comments to him - I agree, something needs to be done.

Good job, Lookin'. My post was more of an observation of what I've seen since I've been here....I'm working so hard at the moment that I don't really have the time or energy to know what to do about it. I will say though that I try to treat all the people that come in my place of business with great respect.
